Coaching: one person, one goal.

Sometimes you do not need a room full of people. You need one honest hour and a clear next step.

I coach two things. How you lead and communicate over time. And one specific presentation that has to land.

Two ways to work with me

Same principle in both: we work on your real material, not on a model.

Personal coaching

For leaders who want more effect, not more tools.

What we work on
How you lead, how you come across, and how you decide when it gets tense.
How it runs
A series of sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, online or in person.
What you get
A clearer view of yourself, and a few habits you keep using.

Deal coaching

For one presentation that has to work.

What we work on
Your story, your structure and your delivery. For this customer and this meeting.
How it runs
One or two sessions before the date. Short, focused, hands on.
What you get
A pitch the customer remembers, and a team that walks in calm.

How it works

Three steps. No long intake, no thick offer document.

Step 1A short callTwenty minutes. You tell me the situation. I tell you if I can help.
Step 2The sessionsWe work on the real thing: your team, your deal, your next talk.
Step 3AfterA short written summary, and one follow up when you need it.

FAQ

Short answers to the questions I get most.

Is this therapy?
No. This is work coaching. We look at your role, your team and your goals. Not at your past.
How many sessions do I need?
Most people start with three. For one presentation, one or two sessions are often enough.
Can my company book this for me?
Yes. Your company can pay for it. What we talk about still stays between the two of us.
How fast can we start?
Usually within two weeks. If your date is sooner, ask me anyway.
How long is a session, and where do we meet?
60 to 90 minutes. In person or online, whatever fits your week.
Who do you coach?
Most people come after a Brain2Impact training and bring something concrete with them. A presentation that is coming up, or a pitch they have to win. We work on that, not on theory.
One thing you want to get right?
Tell me your role, your goal and a possible date. I will say honestly if coaching is the right format for it.
