Masterclasses: one team, new habits.

A keynote wakes the room. A masterclass changes what people do on Monday.

Two programs. Brain2Impact for presenting and convincing. 7 Brain Rules for behavior, change and leadership.

Two masterclasses

Both are interactive. People work on their own material, not on a model.

Brain2Impact

Your people know their subject. But the presentation does not always lead to a decision.

Brain2Impact turns complex ideas into clear messages that people remember and act on.

  • How the brain decides under pressure, and how trust grows in a room
  • How to speak so that people follow you
  • Where resistance comes from, and how to create clarity instead of pushing harder
  • The three pillars: attention, the aha moment, action
Format
In company, two days, or condensed into one day • in person • German, English or Dutch.
For
Teams with important pitches, client meetings or a strategy presentation coming up.

7 Brain Rules

Why do people behave the way they do, and what actually changes it?

Seven rules the brain already follows, turned into habits for change, collaboration and leadership.

  • How trust and connection grow, and how honest leadership works
  • How to guide people through change with less friction
  • How to cut the noise, and how daily behavior shapes the culture
  • No motivation talk, no abstract theory, tools people use the same week
Format
In company, half a day • in person • German, English or Dutch.
For
Often chosen when collaboration, change or motivation feels harder than it should.

FAQ

Short answers to the questions I get most.

Who is it for?
Leaders, project teams and sales teams. Anyone whose work depends on getting other people to move.
Do you adapt it to us?
Yes. We use your projects, your customers and your material.
How big can the group be?
From 10 to 50 people, depending on the format. Smaller groups practice more.
What happens after the session?
A short follow up session works well. For one person, coaching is often the better next step.
How long is a masterclass?
That depends on the programme. The 7 Brain Rules take half a day. Brain2Impact usually takes two days. If you only have one day, we can do it in one, but then there is less time to practise.
On site or online?
On site. A lot of the practice is about body language, voice and presence in the room, and that is exactly what you cannot practise online. The preparation with you we do online.

“Mark’s keynotes are like an expedition. He takes the audience along to explore innovation together, breaking down complex technology until people can actually grasp it.”
